The TRE Mendoza is expertly designed to provide a wide range of grilling, roasting, and fire-setting options. On the Parrilla side, you can expertly grill a variety of foods, such as steaks, fish, and vegetables. Choose your preferred grate style from either the "V" shape, for an Argentinian touch, or the round shape, for a Uruguayan flair. On the flip side, the rotisserie system adds mouthwatering succulence to your meats, allowing you to experiment with various cuts like lamb, traditional Brazilian Picanha, and ribs to elevate your grill experience. With an independent motor for the rotisserie section and a manual front wheel winder for the parrilla section, you can use both simultaneously for a dynamic cooking experience.

The central Fire Box allows for wood-burning, distributing coals beneath the sides of the machine where you can take advantage of the up-and-down grilling system.

The TRE Mendoza Rotisserie + Manual Parrilla Grill is constructed as a Cooktop system, featuring a coal box attached to the machine's structure. This box is filled with refractory bricks, providing thermal insulation for safe operation of the equipment. This design is ideal for those who wish to integrate the grill into custom furniture or attach it to a kitchen counter.
