Shipping policy

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We provide free priority shipping for all orders to major metros within the Republic of South Africa. Packages will arrive to your door via one of our nominated couriers.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES?
We cover duties for shipments to the Republic of South Africa. You won't have to pay any additional fees beyond the product rate listed.

WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT SHIP?
We want you to have your new product as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page). Items that are not in-stock take around 20 - 25 business days to manufacture and 35 - 55 days for international shipping to be delivered to our warehouse in Johannesburg for inspection and quality control, and subsequent forwarding to your nominated address.

WHAT IF I WANT MY PRODUCT SOONER?

Option available to have your order shipped quicker via international priority air freight. This reduces the freight time to around 10 - 14 business days. Additional freight charge will apply.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Delivery takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Note that it can take up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

PRE ORDER
Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. The date is specified on the product page, and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped. For orders that contain an in-stock item, your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item right away. No additional postage charged will be incurred.
