Shipping

Where does my Scheer product come from?

Your product is manufactured to order in our production facility in Caxias do Sul in the South of Brazil. We regularly do keep products in stock in our warehouse in Johannesburg, and any reference to products that are "in stock" will be displayed on our Site.

Where does Scheer ship to?

We ship to South Africa and neighbouring countries in Southern Africa. Your order is carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders to major metros within the Republic of South Africa only. Any shipping required for orders outside of South Africa will be quoted on a separately.

When will my order ship?

We want you to have your new product as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1 - 2 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).

How long will it take if my order is not in stock?

Items that are not in-stock take around 14 - 18 business days to manufacture in Brazil and 10 - 12 days for international priority shipping to be delivered to our warehouse in Johannesburg for inspection and quality control. Your order will be shipped to your nominated address 1 - 2 business days after.

Pre-Order

Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. The date is specified on the product page, and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped. For orders that contain an in-stock item, your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item right away. No additional postage charged will be incurred.

How long will it take my package to arrive?

Delivery takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location and you'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey.

Will I have to pay duties?

We cover duties and taxes for shipments to the Republic of South Africa. You won't pay additional fees beyond the product rate listed.

Returns and Exchanges

What if I want to return my product?

Your satisfaction is of great value to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send a return request, and our team will assist you.

Orders and Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners, Maestro and PayPal. All payments made on www.scheersa.co.za are secure - we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) - and we do not store any of your payment information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process our orders very quickly and cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you notice the mistake straight away, though, please send us an email to see if a modification can be made.

Warranty

Do you give a warranty?

Every Scheer product comes with a warranty. Our commitment to exceptional quality and craftsmanship extends to the service you and your products receive. We therefore offer a full manufacturer's warranty against defects, and we will happily replace or repair your product in as timely manner as possible. Get in touch and we'll take care of it for you.
