The Parrilla 675 offers a line of professional parrillas that come equipped with an anti-reverse steering wheel, allowing for easy height adjustment without the need to lock the wheel. It also includes a brazier suitable for burning firewood or charcoal, providing convenience and efficiency for the roasting process. Additionally, it is available as a single grill or grill module with an attached brazier. This model does not require any masonry construction as it comes ready to use from the factory, complete with refractory bricks and thermal insulation. Each parrilla section features anti-reverse steering wheels for effortless raising and lowering to the desired level. It also offers the option of round or V-shaped grids with a grease trap, making it perfect for small to medium-sized restaurants.
