The Parrilla 673 grill line includes an anti-reverse steering wheel, allowing for easy adjustment of the grills without the need to lock the wheel. It also features a brazier for burning wood or charcoal, providing practicality and agility for the roasting process. The grill is designed to be easily installed in masonry and is composed of a single module. Its grids can be segmented into sections with independent steering wheels, offering the option of round or V-shaped grids and a Grease collector for small and medium-sized restaurants.
