On the flip side, the rotisserie system adds mouthwatering succulence to your meats, allowing you to experiment with various cuts like lamb, traditional Brazilian Picanha, and ribs to elevate your grill experience. With independent motors for each system, you can use both simultaneously for a dynamic cooking experience.
Constructed as a Cooktop system, the DUE 600 Rotisserie + Automatic Parrilla Grill features a coal box that attaches to the structure of the machine. This box is filled with refractory bricks, creating thermal insulation for safe operation. This design is ideal for those looking to integrate the grill into custom furniture or attach it to any kitchen counter.

I recently purchased a Scheer Due 600 Cooktop. Well, i can tell you it is one of the best braai experiences i have ever encountered.
The Parilla has a unique V shaped grid which prevents flame flare ups and the height is adjustable by the click of a switch. The rotisserie section can cook almost any type meat, fish or vegetable with the unique taste of coal fired cooking. Thank you Scheer i own the best braai in town
